Stuart0870 Posted February 25, 2021 Share Posted February 25, 2021 (edited) I've gotten a Virtuoso SE headset today, and it works perfectly in USB mode, but if I switch to wireless mode, it gives no audio. iCue has been updated to latest revision (3.37.140), dongle and headset report latest firmware (0.16.80 & 0.17.149 respectively), and it recognises the device is there, iCue reports pairing successful, and if I rock the volume wheel, windows shows the change in volume level, but no audio is heard. *edit* Never mind, it didn't like the USB port it was plugged into, soon as I put it in a different one, it kicked into life.
