Hazardous_Boy
Hello, I've just bought the 5000D Airflow and I have 6 LL120 fans in my case right now. But i want to have 3-front, 3-top and 1 rear fan. Is there a way for me to buy a lose LL120 and still connect it to the RGB hub or do i need to buy a separate 3-Pack for a new RGB hub? -Hazardous_Boy
Corsair Employees Corsair Mordred Posted February 25, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 25, 2021 You would need an additional LED Hub to control the 7th fan. That being said, assuming that you're using either a Commander Pro / Lighting Node Pro -- you would only need the accessory below, of which you can connect 2x This would save a little money compared to ordering yourself a 3 pack! https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Water-Cooling-PC-%7C-Water-Cooling-Kit-%7C-CORSAIR/Accessories/CORSAIR-RGB-Fan-LED-Hub/p/CO-8950020 ~ Mordred
Hazardous_Boy
Thank you for replying. The solution would indeed work but sadly not in my case. The 2th slot on the Lighting node pro is already used for my 4 RGB strips. But I have already bought a 3 pack to have a total of 10 LL120s. The 5000D supports 10 fans so it will be okay.
