Trying to find out if the pre applied Thermal paste that comes on this cooler is good quality or should I replace it with something like thermal grizzly?

You'd be hard pressed to tell the difference, especially on smaller die size or lower TDP CPUs. I just had both on with my 10900K and there was no measurable difference. That said, if you've already bought the Grizzly, you might as well use it.

It's a 5800x upgrading from 3700x and yeah I could use the thermal grizzly but if the pre applied past is good quality and not cheap stuff I'll save my thermal grizzly.
