H150i RGB Pro XT - Computer locks up

Hello,

 

I recently installed the H150i RGB Pro XT. Ever since installing it, once I stop using my PC for any major length of time greater then about an hour give/take, and come back my computer is completely unresponsive to any mouse/keyboard actions, though my mouse pointer will still move around, etc. But I am unable to open any program, even the right click won't do anything. Likewise, the keyboard will not respond either, not even a ctrl/alt/del. The only option I'm left with is a soft reset.

 

I'm running Corsair ICUE & Link, concurrently with the ASUS motherboard software, ie AI Suite, etc.

 

Any thoughts?

 

Windows 10, 64bit

AMD Ryzen 7 3800x

G Skill Trident Z RGB 64GB ram

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super

ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (wifi)

 

Mouse - Corsair Dark Core SE

Keyboard - Corsair K95 RGB Platinum

Hi Big_Gregg_B

 

First thing I would suggest is to uninstall LINK - as it can cause software conflicts with iCUE (they are meant to cover the same purpose)

 

If you could also reach out to our support team at https://help.corsair.com it would be really useful for us to gather some more information on what exactly is going wrong so that we can find the root cause and hopefully offer a fix!
