I currently am using the h150i pro rgb. Any benefit of upgrading to the Cap Elite? Better pump? Cooling ?

Possibly. Several users has reported small improvements coming from prior gen coolers, but die size and wattage on your CPU may be key. A 10 core 10900K is more likely to benefit than a 4 core 6700K or AMD 3600x.

 

You do get a lot in the package with 2 different OLED face plate options and a full 6 port PWM and 6 port RGB controller. For this unit, the internal fan controller needed to be external but you can throw the rest of the case fans on there too.
