Corsair Virtuoso RGB PRO SE shows Battery Critical

i have experiencing this problem almost a week. i have charged it more than 2 days, and it still say critical battery.

 

i used that "critical battery" without charging more than 1 days but the headset was fine. if it really critical, it should has dead right.?

 

sorry for my grammar.. :D

Follow the steps below and see if it resolves the issue.

 

Make sure headset is not plugged into the USB cable or 3.5mm cable

Turn the headset to Wireless.

Press and hold the mute button on the mic for about 20sec

Wait 10 seconds

Toggle headset to USB/OFF and then back to Wireless

Plug in to charge for about an hour or so and then check to see if it is holding a charge and giving you the Critical Battery warning anymore.
