hi since yesterday, I have a problem with the commander pro and the ICUE software. after changing motherboard and power supply, I started the system, everything is fine except that the ICUE software gives values of 640 C ° on the 4 sensors, but the temperature of my entire hydro x system (video card, processor and motherboard) temperatures are stable from 25 to 40 ° C. Has anyone happened to the same thing happen to him? furthermore, if I go to set the hydro x pump pre sets, the device does not respond and starts flashing. I tried to reset the commander pro it restarts I have to update and restart with the same sensor temperatures clearly wrong, I state that I have not formatted windows 10 after the motherboard change, can it be one of the problems? the cables are all connected perfectly the same way they were when the system was working perfectly. please someone give me a hand I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance to everyone

You did a large hardware change and didn't do a clean install of Windows which means you have old and new drivers installed and running. You should always do a clean install after such a major swap. Also make sure you aren't running any other hardware monitoring software or other software used to control RGB as they can and do conflict preventing iCUE from getting the correct readings or even prevent the devices from being controlled at all.

then, I turned off all the other programs but the problem remains so I tried the commander on a computer of a friend of mine and the sensors had very normal values so I wonder what can it be ??? some setting of the rog formula x570 ?? because commander pro works he is not the problem
