virtuoso on stereo still on 8channel surround resulting in bad sound

every time its back to 8 channel. Also the enhancements tab is missing. how do i fix this ? it sounds total bad in this config.

Is 2 channel not available for selection? Also, what enhancement tab are you referring to? Below is a screenshot of my VIRTUOSO SE's properties.

hey albert. 2 channel is available but after windows restart its on 8 channel again.

on a normal device there is a 5. tab called enhancement where you could turn off surround. but not on corsair.

7.1 surround sound can be disabled via iCUE - it's below the microphone and sidetone volume.

It is disabled in icue but still enabled on windows after that and sounds total bad. If it is disabled in ique it should even be an option in windows.

Hey albert. I fixed this issue via uninstalling the corsair audio drivers for the virtuoso via the device manager reboot and plug the headset in with icue closed so icue has no change to install the audio drivers over the windows legacy drivers. ONCE AGAIN an issue is fixed via using the windows driver over the icue drivers. thats the 10th time since virtuoso release i had to do this with various problems. The next headset is a studio headphone again.
