RMA - No response for a week after acknowledgement

Hi guys,

 

I bought a HX1000i and sadly it has bad coil whine. I contacted RMA support and I was quickly sent a response the next day in which the support person asked for a photo of the invoice, and that they'll gladly replace the PSU with a turnaround of about two weeks.

 

So I sent the invoice the next day, and since then I received no replies. I did follow-up twice, and once again today with no reply. A week passed since the support staff's first acknowledgement email, then nothing.

 

Support request number is 2004023851, if anyone can please help me get my RMA processed?
