Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted February 12, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 12, 2021 Try plugging the USB directly into the internal USB 2.0 header and see if the cooler is then able to be controlled. If it is most likely your issue is due to the internal USB headers on the motherboard not providing enough USB power to properly detect and maintain a connection with the devices in the passthrough. The resolution would be to utilize a high quality internal USB hub that has supplemental power from the PSU.
AWPERATOR
This fixed it thank you!! Although I’ve two headers from the pump that are just hanging now with no 3 pins connected as they’re in the motherboard and one in commander, is that how it’s setup?
