Corsair HS75 can't connect to PC

I just recently bought a HS75 headset and Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.

 

I pressed once on the Adapter so that the light is blinking slowly.

I pressed and hold 10 seconds on the HS75 so that it blinks rapidly.

 

The headset doesn't pair with the PC. I checked in Device Manager and I see the adapter under Network adapters. I also tried Adding an Xbox Device from Settings and it couldn't find as well.

Hi Aoxx,

 

Did you try connecting the adapter to a different USB port? Once both devices are in pairing mode, they should be able to pair together without issue.

I have tried other USB ports. After a while the LED light on the adapter stays solid white while the headset indicator still blinks rapidly.

If you haven't done so already, please open a ticket with our support https://help.corsair.com - they'll help you troubleshoot and get you a replacement if necessary.

Hello, I also have the same headset and I bought the Microsoft key ... but unfortunately I can not pair it with my PC, I had no problem with XBOX, what is your procedure? (ps I have very well pair my xbox controllers on my pc with the key, but not the headset: ((()
