When I go to update the firmware I get an error for the dongle firmware saying it was "unsuccessful" for 2.4.14. I reinstalled iCue with no change. Is there a fix for this or did I receive a faulty mouse. Which would be unfortunate because I RMA'd my old mouse for this one. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted February 10, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 10, 2021 We are finding that this issue is being caused by third party software conflicting and preventing the firmware from updating. Close ALL applications running in the background especially things like Aida64, HWmonitor, HWInf64, RGB Fusion, etc... Essentially if it can act as a system monitoring software or controls RGB hardware close them down and then update the mouse firmware. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
