Upgrading hard drives on Corsair i160

Hi There,

Apologies if this has been asked before but I cannot see it when searching.

p.s. go easy, it's my first post:)

I have the stock i160 and have been using the 480GB boot drive for installing/running games on which works great.

Problem is this is nearly full already and I need some advice on what to do here.

1. Do I upgrade the 480GB M.2 NVMe boot drive to a 2TB NVMe drive and continue to install and run games from here offering best performance(I also know this drive is a bit of a fiddle to get at)

or

2. Upgrade the 2TB SATA drive to a 2TB SSD and install and run the games from here

If option 2, will that still offer good performance for gaming?

Many thanks,

Chris.
