HELP: iCue H100i RGB PRO XT Disconnect/undetected issue

Hey guys,

 

I just built a new pc and as my cooling, I chose the H100i. It was working perfectly until I did a firmware update on iCue. The fans are spinning at 100% and the RGB on the pump is gone. The aio also cant be detected on iCue. I also get a disconnect sound every 10 seconds or so. It's definitely a firmware issue. I also had other RGB programs like Asus AURA and Precision X1 but uninstalled all of them because i read that it would help. It didn't and I'm still stuck with the issue. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated!
