Hs70 pro 7.1 surround sound

I don't know what to do. i would like to use 7.1 surround sound but the sound itself sounds so bad. It sounds like I'm in a cave. I really like the pure direct preset with normal stereo sound. But the way it sounds when enabling 7.1 surround sound gives me an headache. Are there any EQ settings i can change in order for the 7.1 surround sound to sound somewhat similar to the pure direct preset with stereo sound? Any help is appreciated. I recommend just playing around with the EQ settings to a point where it caters to your ears specifically. If the quality seems abnormal, please feel free to get in touch with our support at https://help.corsair.com.
