RMA issue with LPX Vengeance

Hi Guys,

 

I've got a problem with my vengeance memory. I had to send back a memory at the end of last year. But since the 01/13/2021 and the receipt of the memory, the line status is "Awaiting return"...And since ... Nothing

They told me " send the faulty unit to us, and the we'll ship out a replacement unit to you. This will have a total turnaround time of roughly 2 weeks". It's been two months and despites email nobody answers me anymore.

 

Would anyone be able to help me, I'm really disappointed of the RMA service.
