HX1200i Recall support issues

I have an affected HX1200i. I submitted my request via the link. 1st response I get is saying they need to transfer this to another dept. I responded with why, as this was a form request not a general request. Today's response is saying I need to ship my PSU back first. This is incorrect as the recall states advanced RMA. Responded back with copy from the recall notice.


Corsair, are you not making your support staff aware of what's going on with this recall. My support # is 2003990148.
