If you're going to completely delete/remove your account; make sure to download the PDF copies of your invoices before you do so. Not being able to provide this would complicate a warranty claim. ~ Mordred It's funny you say that because I bought an AX1200i in 2013, filed an RMA on sunday and provided my original order receipt PDF and I was asked to supply and "Export a new copy" of the receipt, and that Amazon account does not exist anymore.
