In the time it has taken both ASUS and Corsair to acknowledge the problem and promise precisely zero solutions, a random person on the Internet has come to the rescue. "Rep" stands for "representative", right? I was sure to go through all of the Packages in the previous post to yours and uninstall *everything* ASUS, Armory Crate, etc, related before reinstalling *just* AURA Sync 1.0.79 (link from ASUS). Seems like Armory Crate and/or new services being installed breaks this functionality, but installing *just* AURA Sync 1.0.79 works for now. "As you saw from our CES 2020 announcement, we are now in a partnership" Calling it a partnership with asus is A JOKE. Hey it's broken! What's your response? Go message Asus. Guess what Asus says? Go message Corsair. Do you just like pissing off your customers or is it a hobby? Have your two companies ever picked up the phone and talked to each other or do you just exchange emails on occasion? jloc Posted February 16, 2021 Share Posted February 16, 2021 I also renamed the zip .dll from asus_motherboard_plugin.dll to asus_plugin.dll, I don't know if that was necessary. It was DEFINITELY necessary. This step finally allowed iCUE to control the RGB on my ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus. I've been struggling with this for almost a week, and it never occurred to me that the file provided on the forums wasn't working because it had the wrong filename.
