Corsair Void Elite Wireless Mute/Unmute Sounds

Over the past week or so, I've noticed that there are some issues with the mute and unmute sounds played on my Corsair Void Elite Wireless. When I mute the headphones using the mute button, the sound plays twice. When I unmute using the mute button, the sound plays only once. When I mute by raising the microphone, the sound plays once but when I unmute by lowering the microphone, the sound sometimes plays twice and sometimes plays three times.

 

This problem only happens while iCue is running (though the mute button doesn't work without iCue). I've got the latest version installed (3.37.140) and I've tried resetting the headphones by holding down the mute button for 15-20 seconds. If I enable voice prompts through iCue, those play correctly.

 

The unmute sound plays for 5-10 seconds, which is a pain when I try to come off mute in a meeting, so I'm really hoping there's a way to fix this.

I have been having this issue as well. Didn't start until I installed iCUE
