I downloaded the iCUE software and there was no problem. However, on the second day, when I turned on the computer and put on the headset, crackling noises began to come.When I deleted the firmware and replug the headset, the problem was temporarily resolved.However, I noticed that the crackling noise continued as long as the "iCUE" software was open.When I close the program, the problem goes away, but I couldn't find a permanent solution. To soft reset your headset: Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.Make sure your headset is powered on.Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
