Simo1987 Posted January 23, 2021 Share Posted January 23, 2021 I bought the corsair hs60 pro surround 7.1 headset and it didnt work. My laptop didn't detect annything if i use the USB adapter. iCUE software didnt detect the headset aswell. If i plug the 3.5 it works in stereo. Yes i tryed other USB and other PC I have an ASUS ROG Strix Scar III Already send a ticket to corsair support 2 days ago, still waiting for an answer. Control Panel Programs and Features Right Click the iCUE software Select Repair Restart computer if issues persist Contact Support @ https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us They can help you with this issue.
