Icue stopped recognising RGB header

I have an Asus Tuf Gaming x570 Plus motherboard, H100i RGB Platinum cooler, and a Corsair Spec Delta Carbide RGB case. I have both the Asus Armoury Crate and Icue software installed, but I've only been using Icue to control the lighting.

For some reason, Icue has stopped recognising the case fans (connected to the RGB header on the motherboard). I know they work, and everything is correctly connected, because I can control them from Armoury Crate.

Does anyone have any idea why the RGB header would stop being recognised?

If the fans are being connected to and controlled by the boards ARGB headers they were never able to be controlled in the iCUE software as we only allow for control of the standard 12v RGB headers on Asus motherboards. If it is the 12v RGB header then you will need to stop running Armory Crate at the same time as iCUE if you wish to have the control in the iCUE software as the Asus suite will conflict with iCUE and keep control of the device if both are running at the same.
