Tony_V2
Hello, I just assembled a new PC with H150i PRO RGB as cooler. While fans work well (when choosing all devices), the pump is locked on quiet mode and doesn't rise above 1020 rpm. The 3 pin connector (with one wire) is connected to the AIO_PUMP, as stated by the manual guide. It's also stated as a full speed connector. My main goal is to increase pump speed and your help is appreciated. Secondary is understand why fans go to balance mode only if 'All Device' is clicked. Thanks EDIT 1: Running Cinebench R23 single/multi core and pump still on quiet mode. c-attack
Uncheck the "all devices" slider. You don't need that. You will then have independent control over each. The presets for the fans are the same for the pump, but with different meanings. The pump operates at 3 fixed speeds. The Quiet=~1000-1100 as you've seen. Balanced ~2160 and Extreme ~2850 rpm. The quiet pump speed is meant for light desktop work. There will be a penalty on load. Most users will see near identical results between Balanced and Extreme. That makes leaving it on balanced at all times a logical option.
Tony_V2
The presets for the fans are the same for the pump If I turn 'All Devices' off, only quiet mode have an impact. Balance and extreme doesn't change a thing (empty configs). But as Is said when I turn all devices on, balance and extreme work only on the fans excluding the pump. c-attack
You can trying running a repair install of CUE in the Windows Settings -> Apps list, but this is most likely user error. Make sure you actually apply the fan curve to the pump. Click on the preset to the left (it highlights yellow). Then click on the pump to the right. It will ring yellow to show it is applied.
