corey3594
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even repairing iCUE but the commander pro still hasn't showing, been like this for at least a year and I have the commander pro exchanged twice and still no luck. I downloaded USBdeview and can see that the commander pro is showing up as a generic usb hub. How do I get the commander pro to show up as a commander pro and not generic usb hub. Specs are ASUS Strix X370-F motherboard, evga rtx 2080 ftw3, amd ryzen 5 1600, g skill trident z rgb memory, evga 1000 watt power supply.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted January 19, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 19, 2021 Have you made sure to download and install the latest BIOS for your motherboard? Also make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest chipset driver directly from AMD's website.
corey3594
The bios and chipset are both completely up to date. With the bios being version 8603. Unfortunately, I only have one 2.0 USB drive on the motherboard.
