horrible
Hello, A bit frustrating spending a couple hours trying to figure how this issue. I purchased a K57 Keyboard and Harpoon Wireless mouse. The K57 dongle however, was not responding it worked for maybe a couple seconds then stopped. I have tried the "ESC" reset and nothing. Indicator is solid white but no input is detected. When i opened up the ICUE program it said my harpoon needed a firmware update I did so but now the harpoon as well has stopped working. These products I just purchased today so I am not sure whats going on. Any help is appreciated Thank you
Corsair Employees Corsair Haurjie Posted January 19, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 19, 2021 Hi horrible, Have you tried plugging your devices into the back of your motherboard's USB ports? There's a chance that when users try to plug peripherals into the front USB ports of their case, there may not be enough power delivery for more higher end keyboards and mice. horrible
Hi horrible, Have you tried plugging your devices into the back of your motherboard's USB ports? There's a chance that when users try to plug peripherals into the front USB ports of their case, there may not be enough power delivery for more higher end keyboards and mice. After many hours of trial and error I did end up fixing the issue. For some reason the keyboard would not recognize it was plugged into the PC unless I used the micro usb cable that came with the keyboard itself. So what I did was, plug in the dongle on another USB port, and connect the keyboard to the computer via micro usb cable (the one that came with it) and then opened CUE software and paired the dongle to the keyboard and its all working fine now.
