ICUE shows no ASUS Mainboard and Graphiccard

Hello,

i have build a new PC-System.

So ICUE can control the RGB light of my Mainboard and my GC, but i cant control them in ICUe.

I installed the latest version of ICUE, but it detect neither mine GC (RTX 3070 Strix OC) or my Mainboard (X570-E Gaming).

I've reinstalled it several times, but ICUE only find my Commander CORE, my PUMP (H100i Elite Capellix) and my RAM (Vengeance RGB Pro 3600Mhz)

 

So why does the software not recognize my mainboard and my graphics card?

It says on all sides that they are compatible with each other.

 

Can anybody help me?

tryed it a few times. didn`t work any other tips?

You must have Asus Aura or Armory Crate installed. CUE does not hijack physical control. It is allowed access to the lighting service for the native RGB program.

If you have Asus Aura and/or Armory Crate installed, try uninstalling those programs and see if iCUE can detect your Asus components.

I have uninstalled Armoury Crate but icue didn`t detect my GC and my Mainboard.

And Armoury Crate only detect my GC but not my Mainboard.

If i install Armoury Crate, can I control both components.

As soon as my computer was off and then restarted, I can no longer set any colors.

In both cases, however, ICUE does not recognize the GC or the mainboard

My Problem:

I cannot make any lighting settings in ICUE.

I uninstalled it and still it didn't show up.

Could it be because of the BIOS version?
