Okrap
Hi, I just bought a new M65 RGB Elite and the left-click is really sensitive. Like I can't rest my finger on it because it will register like a click. I had the Sabre before and never had a problem. Is this normal? Thanks! c-attack
I would say it is generally more sensitive to pressure than the other Corsair mice. It was originally designed as quick-twitch FPS mouse. It's hard for me to give a neutral evaluation because I have been using them for years, but I suspect you will adapt in due course as well. I don't see it as a physical defect unless the plate it shifting, loose, or you are getting double clicks. It will be easiest to activate on the very end of the plate up by the mouse cord. Not sure what kind of grip you are using, but sliding your finger back away from the end a little might help.

It's just way to sensitive to my liking. I wish it was like the right-click. Do you know if all the M65 variation are like that? The mouse is perfect except for that. I wish I had bought 10 Sabre lol. Thanks for the reply! *EDIT* Ah man this is embarrassing, I meant to say right-click is too sensitive, the left-click is perfect. c-attack
Hmm... well that is not common. The right click is supposed to be a little more deliberate and it even makes a different noise. I have 3 M65 Elites in front of me. My oldest black one is a left click and a right "clack". It is different enough the sound is altered. So is the white Elite from about 2 years ago. I also have a refurb white that is a little more even between the clicks. Regardless if I take my middle finger and lift it 1-2 cm and put it back down, I really have to thwack it to make the right-click dialogue box appear on the desktop. So I would say if you are just resting the finger on there and it keeps popping up, something isn't quite right.

Yakraa
Hey I just picked up my first M65 Elite as well, this was a direct upgrade from the old M65 Pro. First thing I noticed was the right-click was too sensitive compared to the left-click. Left-click on the Elite is comparable to that on my old Pro. Manufacturer defect maybe? EDIT: Called the store I purchased it from, was able to get it replaced under manufacture defect coverage. Second M65 Elite does not have this issue.
