Two problem: K95 not available after booting, iCUE crashes at shutdown

Recommended Posts

Two problems:

K95: Sometimes, if I boot my machine, iCUE doesn't recognize it and the keyboard is not available. I have to put the USB cables into another USB slot to bring the keyboard back. I have latest drivers.

iCUE: Mostly everytime when I shutdown my machine (latest Win 10 Pro), I get this error from iCUE: The instruction in 0x000 ... referred to working memory at 0x000 ... The operation "written" could not be performed in the working memory. Click "OK" to exit the program.

Hello lowprofiler,

First, we sincerely apologize for any delay you experienced due to extraordinary holiday support/service request volume.

Please perform a clean reinstall of iCUE as your first step here using the exact steps in the following article:

If this does not help, please open up a ticket with support for further assistance.
