Problem Connecting H150i and Commander Pro

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Had been using my H150 RGB PRO XT cooler for awhile with the included ML120 fans, and it was working great. Recently upgraded my fans, including some new case ones, to the ML120 RGB Pro, and installed a Commander Pro and Lighting Node Pro to link everything together. Unfortunately, I've been running into some odd issues now...

  1. The RGB on the CPU pump no longer lights up
  2. iCUE does not recognize my H150i any longer
  3. I can constantly hear the disconnect / reconnect noise once I've signed into windows
  4. On startup, I'm prompted with a CPU_FAN error
  5. Only the three fans connected to the pump show in the Commander Pro to control RGB

Here is a view of how I've set everything up: https://i.imgur.com/oWhv77T.jpeg

Everything looks to be connected properly from my understanding, so I can't figure out what's causing the CPU_FAN error and iCUE not to pick it up.

Wity the constant disconnect / reconnect noise, Im assuming an issue with the USB connection. I have tried replacing the USB that goes from the pump head to the Mobo, and connected it to an external USB port - - no difference.

Any ideas?

Some other specs:

  • Case: Corsair 570X Crystal
  • Mobo: ASUS Z270E
  • PSU: Corsair RM750
  • OS: Windows 10
