Problem with Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE Qi and Corsair mm1000 Qi Wireless Charging

Hello everyone, I'm new in the forum :biggrin:. A few months ago I bought these 2 products through Amazon and the problem I have is that when charging the mice with the mouse pad through Qi charging, the ICUE software does not show me that the mouse is charging (so, I don't know if the mouse is actually charging), but if I connect the Qi adapter (included in the mml1000) to the mice, the program does show that the mouse is charging. I leave you some videos so you can see with more details. Someone else happens ?

Hi, is there a solution? I updated the firmware and tested it on 2 different computers and the problem persists.

I also found that when mouse is conectec via USB stick dosent charge. It need to be turned off. Why?! Any solution.

Any answer to this problem as I am having the same one. Will charge by usb or dongle but not with Qi direct to the mouse.
