emirtopaloglu Posted January 11, 2021 Share Posted January 11, 2021 (edited) I have been using it for 1 month without any problem. today, while updating from icue, the sounds went away and the headset disconnected from the computer. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.Make sure your headset is powered on.Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved. A forced firmware image update may be required, which our support team will be able to provide. Please open a ticket at https://help.corsair.com, you'll be taken care of.
