corsair void elite rgb wireless not detecting

I have been using it for 1 month without any problem. today, while updating from icue, the sounds went away and the headset disconnected from the computer. When I raise and lower the microphone, the notification comes, but no sound from the computer is transmitted to the headset, also the lights are on

Hi emirtopaloglu,

 

I suggest attempting a soft reset.

 

1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.
   
2. Make sure your headset is powered on.
   
3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.
   
4. Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.
   
5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
   

 

A forced firmware image update may be required, which our support team will be able to provide. Please open a ticket at https://help.corsair.com, you'll be taken care of.
