Scimitar Elite mouse, saving profiles

How do i save my profile as a hardware one weith ICUE software?

 

When i make a new profile i have no option to create a hardware one.. its just a software one.

 

When i overwrite an onboard profile with the one i created, and then turn off icue it doent work as i assume its a software profile saved.

 

I have seen on videos when people make a new profile they have the option of choosing hardware or software so wondering what i need to do?
