McCigrit Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 Just bought a new Void Pro RGB headset from Amazon and noticed 2 things that I have questions about. -No charging LED comes on at all. I followed the reset steps and nothing. I don't think it is in bootloader mode because audio works and the Corsair logo LED works. Uninstalled and reinstalled icue and firmware and still no LED. Faulty or just don't worry about it too much? -The battery didn't last very long for the first charge. I am currently charging it again right now but just seemed odd. Faulty battery? I'd suggest a soft reset. To soft reset your headset: Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.Make sure your headset is powered on.Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
