corsair t3 rush accoudoir cassé / broken armrest

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté une T3 rush et j'ai vu en la montant que l'accoudoir droit était mal soudé et se balançait.

Au bout de 3 jours, j'ai re regardé, enfaite il était bien mal soudé (voir photo).

 

C'est un problème connu ou un problème à cause de la livraison car les accoudoirs étaient déjà monté ?

 

(j'ai créé un ticket, j'attends leur retour)

I bought a T3 rush and saw when mounting it that the right armrest was poorly welded and was swaying.

After 3 days, I looked again, in fact it was badly welded (see photo).

 

Is this a known problem or a problem with the delivery because the armrests were already fitted?

Hi james943, this looks like a stress break. Normally, the armrests shouldn't have a break when delivered in the box. Contact our support team, we'd be happy to help you further.
