Is there a fix for the Void pro wireless randomly disappearing from icue after win 10 being locked or boot. this issue is very inconsistent and somewhat random. It happens once or twice a week at most but unless i unplug the dongle and plug it back in icue doesn't register the headset being on but in windows it shows fine. i've never had this issue up until the last 2 versions of icue and i really dont want to have to revert back to my last "stable" version of icue which by now is pushing 2 yrs old just to avoid this problem.

- Vex

p.s My k55 also suffers with this issue but much less in frequency at around twice a month

  • 2 weeks later...

ASUS Z390-A and ROG-STRIX-RTX3070-O8G-GAMING do not sync on this version. MB and GPU is visible in iCUE GUI but no reaction.

No problems on the previous version.

Reinstalled iCue and ASUS software. no luck.

My problem with recognizing button release after profile switch not yet solved. Still i'm stuck with 3.32. =/

Just checked in to see if this was fixed, because I'm stuck with 3.32 too, and apparently will be for quite some time

Hi Guys, have installed 3.38.61, still CPU and RAM are consumed high. FANS are also in high speed. I use TUF Gaming Motherboard and I control all the RGB effects from Armoury Crate. Installed iCUE to bring the RAM in Armoury crate, when Idling the RAM is consumed almost the committed memory and crashes other program. How are things from your side guys ?

Does anyone ever mentions that there is an audio service running in the back regardless if you have or haven't plugged in one headset or similar? I hate programs that run not needed services in the background. Same with Armoury crate running mouse services and **** for no reason..

And yes iCue always is the top ressource eater with little benefit from it. But that has been since release and never has been addressed.

we do get some feedback from these threads - so comments like yours WILL get attention

They've (kinda) worked on the CPU usage issues so lets hope feedback about the bloat makes it into the next big version of icue they've mentioned

And again a release that crashes instantly after updating. This time due to both Lenovo plugins. Deleted their respective directories to get things going again.

Faulting application name: iCUE.exe, version: 3.37.140.0, time stamp: 0x5feb82e4

Faulting module name: y750splugin.dll, version: 0.0.1.0, time stamp: 0x5f2beab2

Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\plugins\LenovoY750s\y750splugin.dll

Faulting module name: Y760Plugin.dll, version: 0.0.0.9, time stamp: 0x5fe011b1

Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\plugins\LenovoY760\Y760Plugin.dll

I registered to say thanks for this.

iCue was behaving really weird, slow to load and not detecting my mouse, I wasted a lot of time trying to find the problem to no avail.

Seeing your suggestion I deleted all of the Lenovo plugins and everything started working again.

I don't even have anything lenovo on my PC, Corsair should not be loading these plugins by default, there should be an option to not install them when doing updates.

If you don't have Corsair audio devices you can knock out the service with the following commands - do this from an administrative command prompt and repeat when updating iCue:

sc config "CorsairGamingAudioConfig" start=disabled

sc stop CorsairGamingAudioConfig

In addition if you don't need DRAM lighting control you can also issue these commands:

sc config "CorsairLLAService" start=disabled

sc stop CorsairLLAService

If you don't want the Corsair service (used by iCue) to start automatically, do this command:

sc config "CorsairService" start=demand

iCue will still work with the above service set to "demand start" if you start iCue manually -iCue will start this service for you..
