I previously said that iCue is no longer deleting macroes. I was wrong.

Opening iCue today gave me the pleasure of seeing 11 missing macroes.

11 gone in one day. And multiple macroes duplicated or removed from the keyboard image on the right. The deleted ones are not just missing from the image, they have simply disappeared out of existence.

Have a look at the attached pics and tell me if you would be pissed if your software has been deleting your work for months without any fix.

Mine is actually fixed now. Used to see HX750i(1) but it's just XH750i now.

Just tried again and found a workaround.

If I try to erase " (1)" completely, it keeps renaming it badly, if I erase only "(1)" leaving the space there, it works.

Can anyone verify if the random device disconnects within iCUE are fixed in this version? In the last version my mouse (M65 PRO) would not show up at all in iCUE so my DPI would be insanely high after every bootup, and lighting could not be controlled at all. I also had issues with my H100i randomly disappearing from the program, and corsair staff never addressed these complaints and I also don't see anything about device disconnects noted in their changelog notes.

I've got it where LL 120 fans 3-6 on my Commander Pro are flashing continuously if I apply any Lightning Link effect to them, and if I try to set a static color, the RGB values I input are inverted in those specific fans, ie, inputting 255 Green giving Magenta lights.

Fans 1 and 2 are fine, as are the Strafe, Scimitar Elite. MM800, ST100, H150i, and 570X SE.

So the times when the computer is booting up and iCue refuses to load, and the hardware profile refuses to load (I know that because I haven't seen the custom lighting effect in month ... I have no keyboard to use. Windows requires a password to use it. The K95 RGB Platinum won't let the user use the keys unless one of these are loaded. So this Corsair product is locking me out of my own damn computer periodically, because the software was so poorly designed. That's nice. I've never heard of a $10 garage sale keyboard locking people out of using their own computers. But this $300CDN one does.

people keep saying to me that I have to update the ram firmware to 1.02.64, when I go to do it it says that it is already installed and in addition to this I often have a red triangle under the ram, does anyone know how to help me?

uninstall icue, shut down the PC and remove the power cord for 2 minutes

reboot, reinstall icue, should work.

Also remove any third party programs for RGB RAM control like MSI dragon center, asus aura, etc etc

More like a wishlist:

Could the Macro Tool in future maybe show the coördinates of your mouse? It would help a REAL LOT with programming macros.

Maybe a bit more difficult, but it it would also be great if lighting effects could be added as a Macro Event. This would allow for some really advanced effects and styling.

I upgraded to the latest iCUE from 3.20 due to crashing with the game Hell Let Loose since iCUE was one of the causes.

I still get the same error I got on version 3.25 that I reported last year which never got fixed. Link to my report of the error. This error is becoming quite frustrating using versions of iCUE after 3.20.

https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=193831&page=6

I do not have a current log of the error since I am not at my computer. (Posting this message at work). I will post a current log from eventviewer later.

Please fix this error.

Ever since this update my H100i Platinum and Dominator Platinum RGB RAM have a yellow tint to them whenever I use an all white profile. I've read about LED's going out over time but there is no way the AIO and RAM all went south at the same time. Anyone else?

I was having issues with previous versions of iCUE never detecting one of the H115i Capellix Fans at power up. I always have to force a FW update on the Cooler AIO in icue in order for it to be detected (yes, did all of the recommended troubleshooting steps to exhaustion). But after a forced update, everything, including all Motherboard RGB worked (until the next power up).

I decided to try this iCUE version out. After 5 complete PC restarts, it seems my fan is now always detected and I do not have to force a FW update.

However, after this iCUE update, I am no longer able to control any of RGB on my motherboard (Asus ROG Hero XII Z490 WI-FI).

I have tried everything (the usual uninstall, reinstall Aura Creator only (not full Armory Crate).

The original version of Amory Crate that I used to install (but not execute) the Aura Creator is v3.0.9.0. Not working with this version of iCUE.

There is a an updated Armory Crate as well, v 3.0.11.0. I have tried that version, but that does not change anything.

This whole RGB incompatibility is driving me nuts, but at least my AIO fan is now running again...

If anyone has any thoughts, I would like to hear them. Thanks!!

The older version, 3.36.125, along with Aura Creator v 3.0.9.0 seemed to at least get the RGB all under control.

And again a release that crashes instantly after updating. This time due to both Lenovo plugins. Deleted their respective directories to get things going again.

This update has created an issue where I can no longer control the RGB of my motherboard. The motherboard shows up in iCUE but when I try to change the lighting, nothing happens. This has also been discovered in another thread and seems to be a growing issue. Plugin version 1.2.1.0 seems to be affecting this. I tried using plugin version 1.0.4.0 from the original ASUS iCUE integration post and it works however that version does not support GPUs so I cannot use it. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

I decided to install from scratch and noticed that installation require 1.7Go! Why does it take so much space? This is huge! Please Corsair explain! Add options for what we want to install and what not.
