RMA Question

My PSU failed and I was told by Corsair to return it to the Netherlands so I could get a replacement as I have had it for less than a year. I returned it and I got an e-mail to say it was received in the Netherlands on December 21st and that a replacement would be dispatched within 1 working day. I have not heard anything since, so e-mail with tracking info, no dispatch e-mail, nothing.


I have e-mailed support asking for an update but have had no response, so I decided to try posting here to see if anyone can give me an update as I have been without a working PC since December 11th. (My request number is #2003815079)
