Zeblade
Anyone install this on Mac Mini M1? Works great in windows 10. On the mac m1 just plugging it in works. In stall Corsair software Mac then sees it as 8Ch but the software can not find it and then there is no sound what so ever any more. Uninstalling the software does nothing. I can no longer use the headphones. It stil sees it as 8ch just no sound from headphones. And would seem if not plugged into a good USB it just stops working off and on <---this I would love to know if any have had this happen. Corsair Employees Corsair Albert Posted January 16, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 16, 2021 Hi Zeblade, Sorry to hear about the issue you've run into. We've acknowledged that Apple's new M1 chip hasn't been cooperating with our iCUE software - a fix is in the works. If you have the HS60 HAPTIC plugged in prior to booting, is there any change in functionality?
Zeblade
Hi Zeblade, Sorry to hear about the issue you've run into. We've acknowledged that Apple's new M1 chip hasn't been cooperating with our iCUE software - a fix is in the works. If you have the HS60 HAPTIC plugged in prior to booting, is there any change in functionality? Thanks sorry so late... seems STATIC really effects these headphones. I've tried 2 so far both the same. Forgive me NO other usb headphones do this.. just a tiny move on carpet/chair and POP go off. Move the cord around all you want nothing. They did not do a good job on that part. Again the only USB headphones that do this.. maybe they need allot of power and the cord is not well made so.. as long as I don't move much its great lol
