Spartack
Hello, everyone. I've recently started upgrading my PC again to prepare it for a 3080Ti. Therefore, I bought a Corsair Hydro H115i RGB Platinum, and installed it successfully. The Pump is connected to my MOBO header The USB Pump cable is connected to my MOBO USB port SATA Pump cable is connected to my 5-Pin SATA Fans control cable from the pump is connected to the radiator fans and they are running (Fan 1 Connected to Cable labeled 1 and the Fan 2 to the second cable) Fans RGB cables are firmly connected to the proper RGB cable coming from the pump too (1 to labeled 1 and 2 to 2) iCue is installed and I can control the Pump, the fans and the pump RGB. But not the fans RGB. What may I be missing? My MOBO is a 2016 MSI Z170A-G45, kinda old but I don't think that's the issue. Thanks!
DevBiker
Do you see the fans in the Lighting section of iCUE for the cooler? You may need to tell iCUE that you have the fans attached to the cooler. It'd be in the Lighting Configuration.

Yes, iCue is configured properly, detecting the fans and on "Lighting Configuration" the ML RGB PRO is detected. I can also change the fans RGB, but no lights come from it. DevBiker
OK, have you tried switch the fans on the connectors? You may have one bad fan - this will help tell us.

Yes Here are some images https://imgur.com/a/znF23f7 I quadruple-checked that the Power and RGB cables for the fans are not crossed 1-2. I also switched them a couple of times and checked if the connections were firm
Orch
Did you find a solution to this? I’m dealing with the same issue the I switch the fans rgb plug in and it’s doing the same thing just opposite fan. I know it works cause when I force the update it works fine when resetting
