Replacement Battery for HARPOON RGB WIRELESS

Hi, everyone.

 

I am asking if it is possible to replace battery for HARPOON RGB WIRELESS?

What kind of battery it use?

How long is actually the lifespan of the battery?

First, we sincerely apologize for any delay you experienced due to extraordinary holiday support/service request volume.

 

Unfortunately this is not intended to be a user replaceable part, so we are unable to provide any specifications about the battery.

 

However if you are having issues with the battery life, we do advise you to open a ticket if the mouse is still within it's 2 year warranty -- just use the link at the top of this page.

Hi Corsair has this policy been updated since your post to be more inline with right to repair laws around the world? I'm in need of a new battery (mine had a hole in it when I took it out yikes!).

I would be happy to purchase one from you or a third party. I have found comparable batteries that won't fit in the battery space of the mouse but nothing that will.

Btw for anyone looking this is the spec written on the battery: 3.7V 850mAh 3.145Wh

@Corsair Blade, @louis901 was kind enough to post specs, but we still need dimensions to fulfil right to repair requirements.

Please provide either the battery # or it's dimensions.

Examples of 850mAh LiPo batteries with those nominal specs:
802540 -> 80 x 25 x 40 mm
603040 -> 60 x 30 x 40 mm
