I have the mouse for almost a year, I bought it 05/25/2020,

I'm having a problem with my Corsair Scimitar ELITE Gamer Mouse, the button (2)

works sometimes after many clicks of 10 only recognizes 2, but stops working in a moment,

I had some updates on windows recently, but the other times it was working.

I did some tests and it really isn't just in games that the button (2) doesn't respond to my commands!

just stopped! very strange that just a button with this "BUG". I tried everything that

people have posted online since reinstalling the software, repairing it, remapping the keys, mapping the

hardware, restart the software, reconnect things, etc. and yet the

problem (very frustrating) ... NOTE: you should make a tab here on the forum (BR)! does anyone have any solution?

First, we sincerely apologize for any delay you experienced due to extraordinary holiday support/service request volume.

 

Occasionally one of the buttons can kind of stick due to the adjustable number pad on the side -- try repositioning it and locking it down again and see if this makes a difference. If it does not, and the device is still within it's 2-year warranty, I advise opening a ticket with support using the link at the top of this page for a potential warranty replacement of the device.
