ToastyMuffin Posted January 1, 2021 Share Posted January 1, 2021 I bought this headset at best buy less than 4 months with no warranty, as a college student I cannot afford to just go buy a new headset:[pouts:. I was hoping someone had a solution to fixing it or if I could pay to get it repaired. I have always been very careful with it, and have zero idea as to how it broke, it just got progressively more sensitive to the placement of the charger. Have you tried charging with a different micro-USB cable? Our headsets carry a 2-year warranty, so I suggest opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com. Rest assured, you'll be taken care of!
