Mouse stops responding when plugged to Corsair Keyboard

I have a K70 Mk2 SE keyboard and when my mouse is connected to the USB pass through, it stops responding for a few seconds every few minutes. The buttons seem to still work, but I am unable to move the mouse. Furthermore, moving the mouse off the keyboard and on to any other USB port on the computer, including that of the passthrough, yields no issues.


The issue only exists when going through the keyboard.


Do others have this same issue? Is the keyboard defective, or just unable to support a mouse in the USB pass through?

Hi Askeptic,


First, we sincerely apologize for any delay you experienced due to extraordinary holiday support/service request volume.


It should be able to support a mouse on the passthrough. Try changing the USB port you have the passthrough cable plugged into -- preferably USB 3.0 or better. If this yields no results, please go ahead and open up a ticket with support using the link at the top of this page for further assistance.
