Phroze
I am moving to the Lian Li uni fans from the Corsair QL120 fans. The uni fans come with a controller that allows control from PWM for fan speed from the mobo and also has a regular 3 pin 5V RGB connector so you can use your mobo to control the fan's colors. Now, I am already using some of piratedog's adapter cables to control my EK blocks with my commander pro but am wondering if I will be able to do the same to control the unifan's RGB? I am also wanting to use the PWM from the commander pro to set custom curves for the uni fans based on coolant temp. Has anyone else tried this setup? darksheep
Did you ever find out if this worked ?
DevBiker
For RGB, the UniFans use JST-SM connectors. I'd be cautious with the PWM though. We've seen issues with 3 way splitters on the CoPro. Not sure if 3 UniFans would also be an issue. If you had a powered PWM hub, it should be fine.
Tourterelle
Hello, Would be interested about feedback, to know if someone is working Unifans from lian li, with corsair commender + led HUB using some additional cable. Would like to use 100% icue for all my hardware...
