VOID Pro Wireless RGB - Left Ear no sound

All the sudden the left ear on my VOID Pro Wireless RGB isnt working. Right ear has clear sound and the MIC works fine, but the left ear either has no audio or very very low scratchy audio if you listen close.

 

I opened the ear phone up and the wiring looks fine, the wires to the speaker are in tact and run to the L and LGND on the board. Solder points look good as well, no cracking or issues.

 

Could my speaker have gone bad? Or something else?

 

Can you get replacement speakers for these?

 

Any ideas are appreciated.

Have you tried checking the headset's properties in the sound control panel? Once you pull up the headset's properties, there is a "Levels" tab. From there, there should be a "Balance" button.
