Bradman02 Posted December 30, 2020 Share Posted December 30, 2020 Hi there, whenever I use my oculus quest 2 whether I use it with the oculus link with my headset connected or if I even use it completely separate from my headset an extremely bad audio crackling occurs. I’ve tried reinstalling my icue and drivers multiple times to no avail. I’ve wondered if anyone else has ever run into this interference between the virtuoso and quest 2 before? Make sure your headset is in USB mode and your computer is turned on.Plug the headset into your computer with a USB Type C-A cable.Unplug the headset from your computer.Unplug the headset dongle from your computer.Plug the dongle back into your computer.Make sure your headset is in USB mode, then plug your headset back into your computer.Leave your headset plugged in for 15 minutes so the battery can reach minimum charge.See if your headset works as normal.
