and sorry for my english.

 

When i save a new profil using Icue, there's no problem, but when i restart my PC, it's impossible to get my profil.

So my question is how to save correctly a profil on my Strafe mk2

This is just going to be a matter of setting up the Hardware Actions and Hardware lighting for the keyboard.

 

Go ahead and open up a ticket with support using the link at the top of the page, and include with your ticket submission screenshots of your current keyboard Hardware actions and Hardware lighting setup for review -- the support team will be able to help you out best with that.
