MasterThomas Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 On my HS70 pro, the audio now cuts out when the volume slider on the headset is too low. I can't play audio quietly, the audio works if the slider is around medium volume, but instead of tapering down to zero as I move the slider down, it instantly cuts out about a third of the way from zero. I can't find any record of a similar problem anywhere. I've tried updating drivers and firmware, and turning Windows Sonic on and off.

To soft reset your headset: Make sure your HS70 headset is powered off.Hold down the Mute button on the headset for about 15 to 20 seconds.Hold down the Power button until the headset turns on.Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved. If that does not remedy your issue, I suggest opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com - they'll be able to take care of you.
