SP 120 Fans Light Up But Don't Spin.

New build in a icue 220t RGB case. Added 3 extra SP120 fans to the three already installed. Led Function works normally but none of the fans spin.

 

Have tried:

Using the second node that came with the extra fans purchased(same problem, no fan spin)

Using different USB 2.0 ports

Latest Icue software update done.

When the USB 2.0 is disconnected the fans are lit up white.

When I insert the USB 2.0 back to the motherboard the RGB function works but no fan function.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Each fan has two wires — 1 for RGB lighting and one for motor power and control. Where did you connect the 3 pin 12v DC wires? The Node Pro is the lighting controller. You need a fan controller. For most people this is their motherboard.
